About a couple of weeks ago, a large fallen tree caused a power outage on our street (Wellington Heights Road, Avon, CT). Eversource contractors cut down the tree, and Eversource repaired the wire damage.

However, the steel aircraft support cable that supports the wires remains severed, and the wires are badly sagging, especially in front of 40 Wellington Heights Road.

The dangling aircraft suspension cable poses a safety danger to children at the school bus stop, and the sagging electrical wires are a safety hazard also. Who is responsible for the follow-up repairs?

I could not reach anyone to see my bill, called four times and waited for over 90 mins twice (no answer) and asked them to call me back twice and they never did. They entered the wrong zip code on my account and I had opted in for paperless billing so I could not access/add my account to see my bill.

I finally got through on a different pissed customer number, but it wasn't the main customer service line, and at least the agent was able to help me identify the wrong zip code they had recorded for my house so I could get online and see/pay my bill. I've never had to work so hard to pay someone!

I am the Trustee for 368 Prince Hinckley Rd. Centerville, MA 02632. My brother lives at the property, He has some health issues and I need to make sure the bill gets paid.

Therefore, I need a copy mailed to me as well.

Work my off to just get by paying my own bills and barely doing so, then Eversource feels the right to tact on more $$$ for what they call PUBLIC BENEFITS for those who don't feel the need to pay their way or share. This is bull! Why is it my responsibility for others who dont feel the need to get a job and mooch off the state?!

Massachusetts & energy providers like Eversource are running a great scam! Even with solar, they will charge "extra" fees to make up lost revenue.

I have never seen so many fees on any bill in my life. This needs to regulated, look at all these bs fees!!!

You have to report a power outage online. Theres no customer service phone answering Its always a long wait speak with anyone at Eversource.

The CEO's 18.5 million dollar salary more rate increases. Eversource, receiving 300 million dollars a year from the state of Connecticut supposedly to better the quality, is essentially stmoney for themselves! This has got to end now!

I've never missed a payment, but I have to pay for other people who didn't pay their bills? This is criminal.

I can't afford these prices. You're stealing from paying customers to cover for those who didn't pay! I'm a single mother. I need my paycheck for myself, not to pay other people's bills!

Stop the public benefits charge now! Go after those who didn't pay!

Eversource was allowed to monopolize by our MA governor. They now own the gas company too.

And of course, they sent notices of that increasing as well. They are greedy and sneaky with their wild fees. Something better be done about this. We are freaking sick of their overpriced delivery fees.

And their budget plan is useless! Their illegal activity must be stopped.

Eversource is out here draining everyone's wallet. Why is the delivery fee more than my usage? More regulation needs to be done.

My usage alone is a reasonable cost given the season, but adding the transmission, local delivery, and public benefits costs (that we CANNOT opt out of) are absolutely annihilating me, and on a single income, it isn't cute. I barely run my heat as is in an attempt to keep the cost down, but to keep from literally freezing, I at least need to keep it at 55 degrees.

Even at that, my bill was over $300 recently, and I wasn't home for 2 weeks!

Absolute robbery, and I hate using that phrase. Do better, Eversource.

Eversource is the most crooked company run by executives whose only purpose is to pad their pockets. December bill was $800+ of which only $262 was elrctricity - the rest was delivery/transmission, PLUS $275 public benefits. They take full advantage of New England customers knowing theres no other choice.

Eversource updated their records with my new address. Response was prompt and well handled.

Good experience. I would recommend them.
